Upload a GPX track to see elevation, grade, and grade-adjustment factor vs. distance, assuming a constant-fatigue-rate model where the rate of work you are doing decays by a certain percentage each hour. This can help you figure out the splits for an even effort in a hike or run. Note that the grade-adjustment model (the same as used by Strava) is calibrated to highly idealized conditions (not real trails) and is simply extrapolated to any absolute grades greater than 30%.
